During spring 2025, we completed the modernization project of our production line automation. All six of Mecapinta Oy’s automated production lines are now equipped with a unified user interface as well as standardized electrification and automation systems.
As a result of this upgrade, the controllability and usability of the lines have significantly improved. At the same time, production efficiency and coating capacity have increased, enabling us to offer faster and more consistent service to our customers – without compromising on quality.
The new automation also brings substantial benefits in terms of energy efficiency. Reduced energy consumption supports Mecapinta Oy’s commitment to responsible operations and sustainability goals.
The automation project was implemented by our long-term partner, Makron Automation Oy, based in Lahti.
With this modernization, we are now better equipped to meet the surface treatment needs of both existing and new customers – more flexibly and competitively, today and in the future.
