Surface Treatment Services
Anodizing gives a beautiful decorative surface to a piece with good corrosion and wear resistance, a hard surface and insulating properties. Anodizing options include natural colour, black, hard anodizing natural colour, and hard anodizing black.
Zinc plating provides good corrosion protection and a beautiful decorative finish to the piece. The electro-galvanised finish is available in three options: clear, yellow and black.
Metal coating refers to a coating applied by means of an electric current to improve the properties of metals. Our metal coating options include copper plating, tin plating, silver plating and nickel plating.
Chemical treatment refers to a chemical reaction coating to achieve the desired properties for metals. Chemical treatment options include aluminium passivation, pickling of stainless steel, manganese phosphating, and black oxide coating.
Other services
To ensure coating uniformity, products can be pre-treated with methods such as shot blasting and tumbling.
Laser marking is a cost-effective method of marking surface-treated parts and making electrically conductive areas on anodized aluminium.
