Mecapinta has invested in powerfull solar power plant.

Solar plant has 200 panels and their total power is 75kWp.

The investment aims to reduce the company's carbon footprint and to improve competitiveness.

The company has a certified ISO 14001 environmental system and the solar power plant brilliantly supports the principle of continuous development.

New anodizing line has put into service. With this new automatic line Mecapinta will grow anodizing capacity, where the maximum component dimensions are length 3,100 mm, width 450 mm, height 1,400 mm and weight 100 kg. With this addition Mecapinta can provide more versatile and efficient high quality anodizing service to existing and new customers.

On August 2019 DNV-GL has certified Mecapinta Oy the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 and the environmental management system standard ISO 14001:2015 for laser marking of customer produced
pieces.

This extended scope is an addition for the Electrolytical and chemical plating certificate which Mecapinta has had sence 2007.
